Who is responsible
This website is run by Ned K. under the brand Illyroid, Göteborg, Sweden. For any privacy question, email info [at] illyroid [dot] se.
What this website collects
Nothing directly. The site has no user accounts, no analytics, no advertising trackers and does not set cookies.
The contact form does not submit data to this website. It only prepares an email in your own email app; nothing is sent until you press Send there.
When you email me
If you send an email, I receive what you choose to include — typically your name, email address, company and message. It is used only to reply and, if we work together, to prepare and deliver the engagement.
- Legal basis: taking steps at your request before entering a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and my legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Retention: enquiries that don't lead to an engagement are deleted within 12 months; engagement records are kept as long as required by Swedish accounting law.
- Sharing: never sold or shared for marketing. Email is handled by my email provider as a processor.
Third-party services
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers and your IP address is transmitted to Google. The web host may also keep standard server logs (IP address, time, page requested) for security and operation.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to processing, and request data portability. Email info [at] illyroid [dot] se to exercise any of these rights.
You can also lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY — Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten).
